"My training in jayme’s School has allowed me to expand my practice as a psychotherapist to include offerings that further facilitate the mind-body healing of my clients. The elemental, developmental and nervous system focused approach of this training has been foundational to understanding my own body and the ways I show up in relationship with myself and others. Not only is the information and experience highly relevant and needed in our world today, but it can be easefully integrated into daily life and many career paths."
- Calli, Therapist
My goal for my students is to confident and capable to teach to anyone, anytime, anywhere.
After this immersion, you will be certified by the Yoga Alliance at the 200hr level to teach group yoga, creative movement, breath training, relaxation, and meditation classes. We will also focus on facilitating self-inquiry and community reconciliation circles. This is perfect for educators, therapists, coaches, counselors, trainers, recent graduates, or anyone looking to teach mindfulness and movement as a part of their work.

Hey Folks,
In the current climate, things are changing quickly and it’s hard to know what tomorrow will bring or what will come next. This reality makes embodying the skills of adaptability and anti-fragility ever more important. This transformative immersion is designed to help you understand so much more than the posture practices or class sequencing emphasized in most yoga teacher trainings, but rather, the wisdom of the yoga tradition in its wholeness and why these ancient practices are so relevant for us now. After embodying these practices you will understand how to design classes, workshops, movement education programs, and community circles that I believe are the keys to each of us becoming our own medicine and healing our culture.
This offering is limited to a small group of participants to create a safe container for the work of sensitivity and honesty in action. We will be taking necessary precautions including taking temperatures, washing hands, wearing masks, and keeping a safe distance as required and recognized by the authorities on this matter when any in-person sessions occur.
If you are interested in participating in this one of a kind training please fill out the application below and set up a time to speak one-on-one with me. Participants should know that this program will be adapted as needed to fit circumstances that arise and that much of the learning will happen online, this will require discipline and lifestyle structure. Creating this personal rhythm and structure will be supported in the program itself but again, will require self-discipline.
You will hear from many experts in the course material and understand the relationship of that content within the context of yoga and yoga teaching. This is a great way to invest in both your personal self-care and development as well as a path to making a deeper commitment to teaching yoga and meditation as a part of your work.
Cheers to our future,
Jayme Sweere

“I’ve been an athlete, performance coach, and passionate student of yoga for 15+ years and I’ve spent the last 5 years integrating what I’ve learned and teaching yoga full time in Springfield Missouri. Developing my voice as a teacher and therapist has been a fulfilling and trying endeavor.
I’m excited to support my students in experiencing their own wholeness and flourishing as adaptable and creative teachers. It’s my goal to help each trainee in applying the wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda in their personal and professional lives to reach their unique potential as a yoga & meditation teacher, event facilitator, content producer, and entrepreneur.”

“I’ve been studying and practicing ways to feel better for the last ten years. Over time and training, I learned how to teach the multidisciplinary practices that I’ve felt, and research has found, to be the most efficient and effective. My university education in science and psychology coincided with my early yoga training influencing how I practice and teach. All woven together by wisdom traditions to form the title of yoga teacher.
My goal as a teacher is to provide an environment and instruction so that my students can become sensitive to their bodily experience and regulate it. Helping them to recognize the cause and effect that precise and integrative techniques can have on their wellbeing. This way they can sequence their lives, or a yoga class, to achieve their aim.”
