Embodied Elements Daily Practices

I recommend practicing these for 1-2 weeks to get a sense for how frequently you’d like to practice weekly and how you do with hour long video practices. It can be difficult to sustain attention depending on your disposition. It gets better with time and practice, just like we develop muscle memory. Once you know you can integrate this style of embodied learning into your daily life. Reach out and join the online practice school.

Please email me with any questions or set up a consultation session to explore the next step, where we create a home practice plan based on your specific needs and goals.
