My approach as a Yoga Therapist is to utilize and apply power and wisdom inside movement, meditation, and relaxation along with knowledge of human development. I apply Ayurveda and functional movement screening techniques in my assessments to make a practice prescription that is just right for you and where you’re at. There no substitution for hard work but there is so much power in precision action and that is what makes these personalized assessments so useful for a practitioner to make the most of their time and effort.

If you're ready to look at habit patterns and how they are manifesting in your body and committed to implementing a daily practice you can begin to experience life in a new way. It can make what once seemed complicated profoundly simple.

Becoming a yoga therapist has been a natural progression of my own study and practice. I am endlessly fascinated by the mind-body connection and the human experience. The practice of yoga has turned the world into a laboratory and me into a scientist. This inquiry is what drives me and every project I undertake. It is my honor to share my experience as a student of life.

You can learn a lot about me and my philosophy of life from this tour of my reclaimed tiny house named Turtle Medicine.
