If you choose the prop rental option your props will be used by only you for the duration of the program. We will put them in bags between classes and wash blankets on Saturdays.

Props needed for Yoga Therapy Program

Simple mats (2) - basic yoga mats to prevent blankets from sliding. You can purchase them about anywhere these days.

Bolster (1) - We will use these in restorative classes mostly. You may not need one if you are attending the morning classes.

Blankets (2-3) - any blankets similar to these yoga blankets will work

Therapy Balls & Coregeous Ball (I have these for purchase in studio) You can also use tennis ball. I’m happy to give you a set.

Massage Gun (optional) - I’ve had lots of recommendation request so over the ‘global retreat’ I ordered and tried several different massage gun styles and this is the one I would recommend to all of you! Use the discount code ‘movementcollective’ to get $10 off!

Class entry and protocol for safety

Leave as much as you can in your car for entry. We will have a shoe rack outside to the left of the entry to minimize traffic jams please take shoes off before you enter. We will either have spots ready if you have rentals or your spot will be open for you to set up your things.

Upon entry someone will take your temperature (if you’re not feeling well stay home) and you can immediately wash your hands at the sink that is straight ahead or in the bathroom. Please wear a mask for entry and then if you choose take it off when you get to your space. We will dismiss class by sections to keep good spacing and I will send out an email with entry times if it is raining. Once we get familiar with this new protocol it should be really easy to follow.

As a re-frame I am considering these COVID-19 protocols to be an additional call to presence and mindfulness. We will have apprentices available to answer questions and keep things running smooth. I look forward to all being together again!

Private Sessions for Program Participants

To get the most out of the program I recommend doing two private sessions with a movement screen and action plan design before and after the month is over.

Those enrolled in the program get a discount from $150 to $125 for adaptability month private sessions. Discount already applied. Each session is about 90 minutes.

Schedule your session before June 1 or after June 30.
