Yoga: A meditative tradition

The 8 meditation states of yoga, also sometimes called the 8 limbs are what make yoga a systematic and healing life long practice. Hear me speak to them in my own words.

I will overview a good meditative posture and guide soft tissue work in common areas that get tight or painful during meditation. Grab whatever soft tissue tools you have. A tennis ball will do, a foam roller, great, therapy balls even better.
