Outdoor Training Camps
3-Week Training Program
June 12th - 30th M-F @6:30pm - 8:00pm
Springfield, MO, TBD Park - $1500
Take a huge leap forward in your strength, mobility, overall capacity, and mental health. You will learn to work out wisely & safely outdoors in your local park so you can continue on with this training cycle when we complete our time together. A unique blend of yoga, performance training, and other modalities and screening methods make this program appropriate and exciting for all fitness levels. Includes a kettlebell, jump rope, and soft tissue tools.
