Hey, I'm Jayme
About me...
I hold bachelors in Media Sales and Management and from SIU-Carbondale where I played basketball. I was proud to be the scrappiest one on the team. I had a professional basketball career in Europe before returning to get a Masters in Business from Wichita State University where I trained D1 athletes as a strength coach.
I've been a product marketer and 3-year resident at the Himalayan Institute and was a founding eCourse producer for Yoga International during a huge transition from print to digital. I currently mentor others through the process of creating online programs.
I got a crazy idea one time to build a tiny house out of all reclaimed materials that found a beautiful home in the Arkansas Ozarks at the Circle Yoga Shala where I retreat and host retreats. I live and teach in my hometown of Springfield, Missouri with my sweet dog companion Dally.
You can use the pronouns she or they for me. I advocate through my actions for justice for all people. I hope to be content, of benefit to my community, and to make art of my life. I pray that we all work in a good way together as though forgiveness, joy, and freedom are possible for everyone.
The intention of my programs and retreats to guide you in reaching your goals in a doable step-by-step way while getting or staying pain-free. We do this by connecting to your own natural rhythms and aiming for a balance of discipline and ease in your daily life.
